I've been selling these since November 2008, when I first started making them for my daughters. Since then I have gone on to selling them both online and locally in my spare time as the requests grew.

Payment through Paypal can (but not always) take up to 5 business days to clear on this end. Once that clears, I gather all supplies needed and fabricate all orders within 2-3 business days and ship out ASAP.

All items are made from my own patterns unless otherwise stated.

The buyer is solely responsible for any duty charges if applicable to any purchase(s) going to the United States. Sorry, I cannot mark the item as "gift". The hats are very light weight so chances are unless you order many of them, you will not have duty charges.

General Size Chart: Knitted or crocheted hats should be made about 1- 1 1/2" smaller aound than the head circumference, as the hats should stretch and sizes are not an exact science! All items are final sale. I am not responsible for losses. Once item is dropped off to the post office it is out of my hands. But note that I always send tracking for your comfort & it includes insurance up to $100.00 As with all baby items adult supervision is required, especially if a hat has decals or added embellishement. I am not responsible for inproper sizing, make sure you order the correct size, based on the info in my FAQ's section. I am also not responsible for change of taste after order. I do take responsibility if you receive the wrong item or if item has flaws. For this I WILL replace but I have not had this happen before.
